- 1 cup Boondi (savory fried chickpea balls, dried, sold in packets in Indian store)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 hydrophonic cucumber, peeled and chopped fine
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tsp black cumin, dry roasted
- ½ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander (cilantro)
- 1 tsp chopped mint
Steps
- Beat yogurt and milk with a pinch of salt.
- Add shallot and cumin and mix well.
- At the very end, just prior to serving, add boondi. Stir nicely
- Garnish with chopped coriander and mint
